- A well appointed 3 star, two bedroomed modern self catering holiday home in a quiet cul-de-sac location, very close to both Newquay and Padstow. Gas central heating, parking for two cars and side access for bicycles.
- Ideal base for beach holidays, Watergate Bay 5 Miles, Newquay 7 Miles, Padstow 9 miles.
- Sleeps 4 (double room, twin room). Previously there was a sofa bed but this is no longer available.
- Fridge, Washing machine, Microwave, DVD player, Flat screen TV with Freeview and Wii Games Consol, Central Heating, Gas & Electric included.
- Fan assisted electric fire in the Lounge.
- Complimentary tea and biscuits on arrival with a pint of milk in the fridge.
- Upstairs bathroom with WC, Wash Hand Basin and Bath with Shower.
- Bed linen is included and Towels can be hired at an additional cost.
