While these properties aren’t owned or managed by Cornish Holiday, they are run by fellow local owners, individuals and businesses who share our love for this special part of the world.
At Cornish Holiday, we’re passionate about supporting all things Cornish and doing what we can to help the local economy flourish. To feature on our website, property owners pay a small listing fee, and guests are welcome to contact them directly to book. We offer four listing options – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum – each providing a different level of detail to help you choose the right stay.
As these are independently managed properties, bookings are made directly with the owners. This means that, unlike our own holiday homes, we’re unable to oversee accommodation standards or services, and bookings are made at your own discretion.

Bodannon (TR4 8FJ, W3W=Control.Users.Shift) is set on a tranquil family friendly site offering a 4 Star, luxuriously styled four bedroomed beach house with a lovely bubbling hot tub exclusively for your use. The house has electric heating and parking.
It has a downstairs double room with its own en-suite shower room for the less mobile. There is also a suitcase ramp to help with access from the car park and into the property.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and family bathroom, the master complete with en-suite, TV and balcony to the front of the property. Towels and linen are also all included within the price. A Welcome pack and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax.
It’s an ideal base for beach holidays and multi-generational family breaks with Porthtowan beach just 400m away. Up to 2 well behaved dogs would be welcome to stay.
